Auray Certification Center Introduction

 

In response to greenhouse gas verification and validation services, the Verification Center aims to obtain TAF accreditation and recognition from the Environmental Protection Administration as a greenhouse gas verification and validation body by 2024. This will enable us to assist domestic businesses in obtaining international certification, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness of their products. Organization-Level Greenhouse Gas Verification and Validation
ISO 14064-1 verification can provide the necessary assurance for organizational carbon emission declarations. To assist enterprises in meeting international greenhouse gas management requirements, our company can provide greenhouse gas emissions verification services to supply chain clients. We also aim to meet the Environmental Protection Administration's mandatory greenhouse gas reporting requirements.
Our goal is to obtain TAF accreditation and recognition from the Environmental Protection Administration as a greenhouse gas verification and validation body by 2024. Carbon Footprint
In response to the global trend towards net-zero emissions, enterprises are starting to calculate the carbon footprint of their products and services. ISO 14067 specifically establishes consistent standards and calculation methods for the direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions generated throughout the product lifecycle.
Auray Technology's Verification Center aims to assist enterprises in addressing the domestic and international trends towards product carbon footprint disclosure. This will help enterprises meet the purchasing demands of consumers and clients for low-carbon products. By 2024, the Verification Center plans to obtain TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) accreditation and recognition as a greenhouse gas verification and validation body. This will enable the center to enhance the sustainability resilience of enterprises and prepare their products for entry into the international market.

Quality Management System Verification Since the first version of ISO 9001 was issued in 1987, it has become a global standard for quality management, with over one million enterprises or organizations in 180 countries obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Implementing ISO 9001 helps organizations maintain consistent quality products and services. The standard is based on quality management principles, including a focus on customer requirements, leadership's governance objectives, process-based approaches, and continuous improvement, which in turn bring more business benefits and sustainable competitive advantages to the organization.
In 2023, our company established a Verification Center and is in the process of building a team to assist domestic businesses in obtaining certification. This will help enhance the competitiveness of their products and enable them to gain an advantage in the rapidly changing business market.

Customer Complaint and Appeal Procedures 

To Establish Complaint and Appeal Procedures for Auray  Technology's Verification Center, in order to provide a basis for handling and complaints or appeals regarding the operations and outcomes of Auray Technology’s Verification Center, and to improve the verification activities and services.

 

Definitions of Complaints and Appeals 

Complaints: Complaints refer to the channels through which customers, verified customers, stakeholders, or any third parties can express their opinions regarding the Verification Center's certification-related matters. This includes opinions on the Center's general administrative operations, verification procedures, or the conduct of administrative personnel and auditors, as well as the related behavior of verified clients.

Appeals: Appeals refer to the channels through which customers or verified customers can express their opinions on the Verification Center's certification decisions or related matters.

 

(Appeals Process)

If you are a verification client of the Auray Verification Center or a client who has received a verification opinion letter, and you have a dispute regarding your verification or validation results that cannot be resolved through the Auray Verification Center's client manager, auditor, or validator, you can submit an appeal in writing to the head of the Quality Assurance Department of the Auray Technology Verification Center within 30 days of receiving the verification or validation results. 
Auray Verification Center will appoint an independent person to handle your complaint after receiving it. The responsible personnel will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the complaint, outline the complaint procedure, and collect and verify any additional information needed. The result of the complaint adjudication will be formally notified to you.

 

(Complaints Process)

We take any complaints regarding the Auray verification center itself or its verification clients very seriously.
Any complaints regarding the Auray verification center should be submitted in writing to the Deputy General Manager of Auray. We will ensure that your concerns are fully understood and addressed in a fair and timely manner. You will be kept informed of the progress of the investigation and will receive a response as soon as the investigation is clear
If you wish to file a complaint against a client who has been verified or authenticated by the Auray verification center, this should also be submitted in writing. After confirming that the client was verified by the Auray verification center, we will take appropriate action and verify the resolution of the issue in subsequent audits. As a result, such complaints may take longer to fully resolve.

ISO 14064-1:2018 Organizational-Level Greenhouse Gases Lead Inspector Training Course

Course Objectives 

The main purposes for domestic enterprises to currently conduct organizational greenhouse gas, In addition, some enterprises are also conducting "carbon audits" to meet the information disclosure requirements related to GHG management regulations issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission.
In 2018, the ISO organization officially published the new ISO 14064-1:2018 series of GHG inventory standards, which detail the principles and requirements for GHG inventories at the organizational level.
This course aims to train professionals with expertise in conducting verification of organizational GHG inventories. Course Objectives 

Climate change and migration are increasingly pressing global issues.
